Job description

  • Ensure that the project investment (in charge of the project) is effectively implemented according to the Company’s objectives and in compliance with current regulations.
    Participate in annual business planning as assigned by the Manager.
  • Participate in synthesizing and providing information on the array in charge of reviewing and evaluating the implementation of the business plan as assigned by the Head of the Department. :
  • Contractor selection organization.
  • Complete contractor selection documents.
  • Supervising, coordinating and supporting contractors.
  • Save bidding documents.
  • Participate in researching investment opportunities at the request of the Manager.
  • Implementation of investment procedures such as:
  • Survey, select investment site, survey, prepare pre-feasibility study report / project proposal.
  • Surveying, making detailed construction planning; planning the total ground rate 1/500.
  • Survey, make feasibility study / economic + technical report.
  • Surveying, preparing design documents, cost estimates.
  • Prepare documents, submit to verification, apply for Investment Registration Certificate / Decision on investment policy.
  • Clearance; apply for change of land use purpose, land allocation / lease.
  • Follow up feedback and meet requirements for documents and procedures of State management agencies.
  • Conduct quality assessment, performance of contractors’ work.
  • Participate in building databases, information array in charge.
  • Participate in building a system of institutional documents in charge according to the assignment of the Manager.
  • Assisting the Manager in building a quality documentation system in charge.
  • Other duties as assigned by the Head.

Job requirements

  • Minimum educational level: University
  • Construction industry
  • Minimum work experience: 5 years in an equivalent position
  • Certifications / licenses: Project management; Bidding; Valuation. Professional competencies
  • Project management skills.
  • Project planning skills.
  • Skills of project appraisal, design appraisal, construction appraisal and construction estimate.
  • Manage vendor system.
  • Procurement organization.
  • Shopping.
  • Contract management.
    – Manage records, documents, documents.
    – Take notes, draft meeting minutes.
    – Drafting, consulting contract.
    – Knowledge of the law and application of related laws.
  • Additional capacity
