Job description
- Participate in research investment opportunities.
- Implementation of investment procedures such as:
- Survey, select investment site, prepare pre-feasibility study report / project proposal;
- Surveying, making detailed construction planning; planning the total ground scale of 1/500;
- Surveying, making feasibility study / economic – technical report;
- Surveying, making design documents, cost estimates;
- Prepare documents, submit to verification, apply for Investment Registration Certificate / Decision on investment policy.
- Clearance; apply for change of land use purpose, land allocation / lease.
- Follow up feedback and meet requirements for documents and procedures of State management agencies.
- Conduct quality assessment, performance of contractors’ work.
- Participate in building institutional document system in charge.
Job requirements
- Education: Graduated from University, majoring in Construction.
- Understanding: Construction Law, Investment Law, Bidding Law, Housing Law, Real Estate Business Law.
- Experience: 05 years of experience in the same position.
- Foreign Language: English TOEIC 350 or equivalent.
- Priority: Candidates have worked in businesses related to Real Estate investment.
- Ability to work independently, under high pressure.
- Responsible, honest and enthusiastic about the job.
