Job description
- CL. Strategic management, planning and administration
– Supporting the Head of the company’s investment planning department
– Participate in building business plans, financial plans of the Company
– Participate in building sales policy, products from the project …
– Assist the Head of the department in organizing the implementation of the approved investment plans / plans.
– Assist the Head of the Division in implementing the management, monitoring and evaluation of the results of implementation of the approved investment plan / plan.
– Proposing divestment and restructuring plans for investments
MS. Supply & investment in business infrastructure
– Search and propose investment opportunities
– Conduct evaluation, appraisal, analysis and proposal for investment opportunities including but not limited to financial investment, M&A, project investment
– Participate in the appraisal of bidding documents, service provision contracts during the implementation of investment activities
– Participate in establishing and maintaining relationships with financial institutions as assigned by the Head of Department - RD. Research and development
– Participate in researching investment modes, models, forms, and structures in line with the Company’s development orientation. - TC. Financial management
– Carry out appraisal of outward investment related processes
– Participate in arranging capital, managing capital structure, allocating capital as assigned by the Head
– Control capital in subsidiaries and associates (if any);
– Regularly monitor, update and evaluate the portfolio and report the proposal to the Head of Department - TT. Information System Administration and Internal Communication
– Participate in building databases, information array in charge
– Support the Head of Division to communicate and clarify the direction of the Company’s investment plan (if necessary)
PC. Legislation
– Participate in building the system of documents and forms related to the assigned work segment according to the assignment of the Head of Department.
QC. Quality management and internal audit
– Assist the Head of Department in building quality documentation system in charge - Other
– Other duties as assigned by the Head
Job requirements
- Minimum educational level: University
- Major: Construction economics, economics, finance, banking
- Minimum work experience: 5 years in an equivalent position
- Certifications / licenses: Financial analysis, project management, Financial consulting, valuation, bidding, project appraisal
- Fluency in English
- Management capacity: Intermediate
- Professional capacity:
– Have skills in making, dissecting and controlling project estimates.
– Knowledge of business finance;
– Knowledge of planning;
– Financial analysis; Project evaluation;
– Knowledge of financial investment tools;
– Knowledge of internal financial management regulations and regulations;
– Procurement organization;
– Manage records, documents, documents.
– Knowledge of law and law application. - Additional capacity:
