Job description

  • Strategic management, planning and administration
    – Supporting the Head of the financial and business planning department of the Company.
    – Participate in building investment plans of the Company.
    – Participate in building sales policy, products from the project …
    – Assist the Head of the department in organizing the implementation of the approved business and financial plans.
    – Supporting the Head of Department in managing, monitoring and evaluating the results of implementing the approved business and finance plans.
    – Proposing divestment and restructuring plans for investments.
  • Supplying & investing in business infrastructure
    – ‘Search and propose investment opportunities
    – Conducting assessment, appraisal, analysis and proposing investment opportunities including but not limited to financial investment, M&A, project investment.
    – Participate in the appraisal of bidding documents, service provision contracts during the implementation of investment activities.
    – Participate in establishing and maintaining relationships with financial institutions as assigned by the Head of Department
  • Research and development
    – Participate in researching investment modes, models, forms, and structures in line with the Company’s development orientation.
  • Financial management
    – Carry out appraisal of outward investment related processes.
    – Participate in arranging capital, managing capital structure, allocating capital as assigned by the Head.
    – Control capital in subsidiaries and associates (if any); Follow up, update regularly and evaluate portfolio and report the proposal to the Head of Department.
  • Information System Administration and Internal Communication
    – Participate in building databases, information array in charge
    – Support the Head of Division to communicate and clarify the direction of the Company’s investment plan (if necessary)
  • Legislation
    – Participate in building the system of documents and forms related to the assigned work segment as assigned by the Head of Department.
  • Quality management and internal audit
    – Assist the Head of Department in building quality documentation system in charge.

Job requirements

  • Education: University or higher majoring in economics, finance, banking.
    – Experience: 5 years of experience in the same position
    Certifications / licenses: Financial analysis, project management, financial consulting, valuation, bidding, project appraisal.
    – Foreign language: Proficient in English – Professional capacity:
    + Knowledge of corporate finance, planning, financial analysis, project appraisal.
    + Knowledge of financial investment instruments, internal financial management regulations, regulations, bidding organization, management of documents, documents.
    + Knowledge of law and application of the law.
    Problem solving skills, decision making skills, skills in convincing communication, negotiating. Manage and use time effectively.
    + Skills of analyzing, synthesizing, writing and reporting
    + Ability to listen, speak, read, write in English well and use specialized software – Attitude and qualities: Responsibility, cooperation, teamwork, honesty, creativity, proactive in public work, high sense of responsibility, withstand the pressure to complete work, be careful.
