The goal of the project is to invest in the infrastructure construction of Phuong Dong-Phuong Nam Inter-Ward Industrial Cluster, City. Uong Bi, meeting the total number of workers working is about 5,400 people according to the Decision approving the detailed plan of 1/500 scale No. 7777 / QD-UBND dated December 19, 2017 of the City People’s Committee.
