• Responsibilities of the Investor
• Take full responsibility before the law for the truthfulness and accuracy of the application file; Responsible for ensuring equity, loan, capital raised to implement the project to ensure the registered schedule
• Organize the provision and management of public services and public utilities in an industrial cluster, develop and approve regulations on the management of public services and utilities on the basis of unanimous opinions of organizations. individuals investing in production and business in industrial clusters according to regulations
• Comply with the provisions of Articles 19, 20 and 21 of the Government’s Decree No. 68/2017 / ND CP dated May 25, 2017 on management and development of industrial clusters

Responsibilities of relevant agencies

• Department of Industry and Trade is the focal point to advise the Provincial People’s Committee to perform the state management of industrial clusters in the area as prescribed in Article 43 of Decree No. 68/2017 / ND-CP dated May 25, 2017 Government on management and development of industrial clusters
• Departments: Planning and Investment, Construction, Natural Resources and Environment, Finance, Provincial Tax Department; The People’s Committee of Tien Lu District and related units are responsible for guiding and settling procedures for the next steps of an industrial cluster infrastructure construction investment project for the Investor in accordance with the law.
