On the morning of January 6, 2017, International Trade and Service Investment Joint Stock Company held a Groundbreaking ceremony for the ICD My Dinh ICD investment project, at Duc Thuong commune – Hoai Duc district – Thanh Hanoi street

Attending the ceremony were: Mr. Pham Quang Nghi – Former member of the Politburo of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Hanoi Party Committee; Mr. Hoang Van Nghien – Former Member of Party Central Committee – Chairman of Hanoi People’s Committee; Mr. Nguyen Hoang Anh – Member of Party Central Committee, Secretary of Cao Bang Provincial Party Committee; Mr. Nguyen Van Hong – Deputy Director of Hanoi Customs Department; Mr. Nguyen Hoang Truong – Vice Chairman of People’s Committee of Hoai Duc district; Mr. Nguyen Xuan Mau – Secretary of Duc Thuong Commune; Mr. Nguyen Van Thuan – Chairman of Duc Thuong Commune People’s Committee; Mr. Tran Trung Dung – Chairman of Duc Thuong Commune People’s Council and representatives of departments and agencies of the city and businesses, customers and partners.

The ICD My Dinh ICD investment project is located next to Highway 32, from km 18 + 400 to km 19 + 050, this is the intersection of Highway 32 and Ring Road 4, with advantages in road and road traffic. inland waterway and airway, with the fastest connection to international border gates such as Noi Bai International Airport, Hai Phong Port, Cai Phon Port, Mong Cai Border Gate, Lang Son Border Gate, Lao Cai border gate, Cao Bang border gate… convenient for businesses importing and exporting goods and transporting materials.

Project area: 17.74 ha with a capacity of 151,800 TEU / year. The total floor area, construction of architectural works of the project is 104,941m2, including office buildings of transport companies, offices of Customs offices, Import-Export display area. Imports, offices of agents, CFS warehouses, bonded warehouses, cold storage, customs clearance warehouses, airport warehouses, distribution warehouses …

The total investment of the project is VND 1,703.9 billion.

Project progress:

– Phase 1: Completed and put into use in 2018 the following work items: Yard, inspection house, bonded warehouse, CFS warehouse, cold storage, distribution warehouse, office, security system … with an area of about 10 hectares.

– Phase 2: Complete the remaining work items, finish construction investment and put the entire project into operation in 2020
