The Government has just issued many preferential policies and support for industrial clusters in Decree No. 68/2017 / ND-CP. Accordingly, investment projects for production and business in industrial clusters are exempt from land rent for 7 years and enjoy other incentives as prescribed by law.
An industrial cluster investment and business project that is exempt from land rent for 11 years, may be considered for a loan from the State’s investment credit with the rate of not exceeding 70% of the total investment and enjoy other incentives according to the provisions of law.
Projects to build technical infrastructure of industrial clusters are considered for investment in the form of public-private partnerships.
The Decree also stipulates that investment projects for production and business in trade village industrial clusters are exempted from land rent for 11 years and considered to borrow state investment credit capital with no more than 70% of total investment.
Investment projects on technical infrastructure business of trade village industrial clusters are exempted from land rent for 15 years and considered for borrowing State investment credit capital with the rate not exceeding 70% of the total investment.
In addition to the above policies, investment projects for technical infrastructure business and production and business in trade village industrial clusters are also entitled to incentives and supports for industrial clusters and related laws. If there are multiple levels of incentives or supports, the highest incentive or support level will apply.
