City People’s Committee. Hanoi has just issued Decision No. 8913 / QD-UBND to establish Ngoc Hoi industrial cluster, Thanh Tri district with the scale of 56.40ha.
Specifically, Ngoc Hoi industrial cluster located in Ngoc Hoi and Lien Ninh communes has an area of 56.40 ha. This is a multi-industry industrial cluster.
According to the City People’s Committee. In Hanoi , the investment in building Ngoc Hoi industrial cluster aims to concretize the socio-economic development in Thanh Tri district. Create a legal basis for the management and investment in the construction of works on the area of the planned land. Contribute to the socio-economic development in the direction of industrialization and modernization, and solve job demands for local workers.
To implement this decision, the People’s Committee of the city assigns the People’s Committee of Thanh Tri district to be responsible for performing state management of Ngoc Hoi industrial cluster in accordance with Article 44 of Decree No. 68/2017 / ND-CP dated 25/25 5/2017 of the Government on the management and development of industrial clusters.
Before that, City People’s Committee. Hanoi has also established a series of industrial clusters in the area. In July 2017, City People’s Committee. Hanoi has issued decisions to establish 9 more industrial clusters, including 3 industrial clusters in Chuong My district, 2 clusters in Dan Phuong district, 2 clusters in Thuong Tin district and 2 clusters in Ha Dong district.
After that, a series of new industrial clusters were also established such as Dong Giai industrial cluster, Cam Thuong industrial cluster, Yen Son industrial cluster, Bac Van Dinh industrial cluster ….
