Hanoi established an industrial cluster of more than 78 hectares in Soc Son

An industrial cluster named CN3 with an area of 78,195 ha will be built in Mai Dinh commune and Tien Duoc commune, Soc Son district, Hanoi city (located in the area of Soc Son industrial cluster).

Hanoi People’s Committee has just issued Decision No. 8553 / QD-UBND to establish industrial cluster CN3, Soc Son district, Hanoi city.

Specifically, CN3 industrial cluster has an area of 78,195ha, invested by the Corporation for Investment and Development of Infrastructure in UDIC – One Member LLC. In terms of nature, the function of the industrial cluster is multi-industry.

The establishment of CN3 Industrial Cluster aims to concretize the socio-economic development in Soc Son district, creating a legal basis for the management and investment in the construction of works on land. zoning. Besides, it also contributes to shifting the economic structure of the region from agricultural production to industrial production, attracting investment and developing socio-economic in Soc Son district.

To implement this decision, the People’s Committee of Hanoi assigns UDIC Infrastructure Development Investment Corporation – a one-member limited liability company to comply with the provisions of Articles 20 and 21 of Decree No. 68/2017 / ND-CP dated May 25, 2017 of the Government on management and development of industrial clusters.

In addition, the People’s Committee of Soc Son district is responsible for performing the state management of the CN3 Industrial Cluster in accordance with Article 44 of Decree No. 68/2017 / ND-CP dated May 25, 2017 of the Government on management. and development of industrial clusters.

Department of Industry and Trade is the focal point to advise the City People’s Committee to perform the task of state management of industrial clusters in the area as prescribed in Article 16 of Circular No. 15/2017 / TT-BCT dated 31 / 8/2017 of the Ministry of Industry and Trade and Article 43 of Decree No. 68/2017 / ND-CP dated May 25, 2017 of the Government on management and development of industrial clusters.
